Job Qualifications
- At least two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized and dependable under pressure
- Food safety or ServSafe certification preferred
- Knowledge of back-of-house operations a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Lead, train, and support staff across daily operations
- Manage service flow, scheduling, and guest relations
- Monitor ordering, receiving, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Maintain a positive, guest-first culture
