Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Organized and dependable under pressure
  • Food safety or ServSafe certification preferred
  • Knowledge of back-of-house operations a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and support staff across daily operations
  • Manage service flow, scheduling, and guest relations
  • Monitor ordering, receiving, and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support both front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
  • Maintain a positive, guest-first culture
