Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Management experience preferred
  • Successful completion of corporate training program
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Title 4 Manager Certification
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with relevant restaurant systems and software

Job Duties

  • Hire and train restaurant staff
  • Organize and oversee staff schedules
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees per policy
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment promoting teamwork
  • Set performance goals and provide support to employees
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to share updates and address concerns
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring exceptional customer experience and compliance with policies
  • Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize resources
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
  • Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency
  • Address guest concerns promptly and maintain a visible presence
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager on budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost control
  • Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • Drive sales strategies to achieve financial targets
  • Conduct menu tastings to maintain quality
  • Monitor food and beverage presentation and portion control
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints diplomatically
  • Manage compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations

  • Collaborate with chefs on menu development
  • Maintain sales records and cash receipts
