Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Management experience preferred
  • Title 4 Manager Certification
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work late nights and unpredictable hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant experience required
  • Management experience preferred
  • Successful completion of corporate training program
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Hire and train restaurant staff
  • Organize and oversee staff schedules
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • Handle discipline and termination according to restaurant policy
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Set performance goals and provide support for employees
  • Conduct regular staff meetings
  • Oversee daily operations for seamless service and customer experience
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs
  • Implement high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
  • Continuously improve operational processes
  • Address customer concerns promptly
  • Engage with guests and gather feedback
  • Maintain visible presence in the restaurant
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager on budgeting and financial management
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • Drive sales and achieve financial targets
  • Conduct menu tastings to maintain quality
  • Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
  • Manage inventory and purchases
  • Conduct daily inspections for health and safety compliance
  • Evaluate equipment maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with chefs on menu development
  • Maintain sales records and cash tracking
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
