Job Requirements

- Proven experience in upscale restaurant management
- Strong passion for food, wine, and guest service
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operational systems and procedures
- Stable employment history with upward career progression
- Willingness to relocate to Seattle, WA 98101
- Availability for day and night shifts
- Ability to work in person at the restaurant location
