Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within upscale restaurant or resort settings
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of wine and culinary trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences

- Implement and monitor systems and processes for efficient workflow and operational success
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
