Job Requirements
- More than two years of post high school education
- two to three full years of experience in a related position
- thorough knowledge of restaurant and hotel practices and procedures
- ability to manage and communicate effectively
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to read and implement policies and standard operating procedures
- knowledge of chemical agents for training
- physical ability to lift 20-40 lbs, bend, stand continuously, and climb stairs
- must work inside 95% of the time
- flexible to work near outdoor dining areas with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees

Job Duties
- Manage the associates in the various outlets in order to attract, retain and motivate the employees
- hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination, as appropriate
- implement company programs and manage the operations of the restaurant, room service and other food and beverage outlets ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations
- forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets including labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, supplies, and equipment to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience
- create, recommend and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations and ideas to capture more in-house guests and increase local market share
- monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of all outlet areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service
