Job Duties

  • supervise and lead a team of 15-20 crew members during assigned shifts
  • ensure proper execution of restaurant operations and uphold brand standards
  • provide guests with a great dining experience by maintaining high service and quality standards
  • assist the General Manager in staffing including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining employees
  • coach and develop hourly employees on corporate policies, brand standards, and guest service
  • monitor financial and operational reports to achieve operating goals including profit and cost control
  • enforce food safety, cleanliness, and security procedures to meet all regulatory and company standards
  • maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for guests and employees
  • handle employee relations issues and recommend corrective actions
  • participate in continuous operational improvement initiatives
  • ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • perform multitasking and operational duties as required
