Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift a tray weighing up to 25 lbs
  • must be able to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 60 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Food Safety Manager certification required

Job Duties

  • Supervise 15-20 crew members during assigned shifts
  • execute restaurant operations ensuring guest service and quality standards
  • assist General Manager in overseeing shifts and brand standards adherence
  • prepare and interpret financial and operational reports
  • develop and coach hourly employees on brand standards and policies
  • participate in hiring, onboarding and retaining hourly staff
  • monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • enforce security procedures and food handling practices
  • create and maintain a respectful work environment
  • handle employee relations and guest service issues
  • support achievement of controllable profit goals
  • engage with community organizations to enhance guest counts
  • follow cash handling, inventory and operational procedures
  • complete additional tasks as assigned
