Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 plus years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 plus years of restaurant management experience
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and employee scheduling
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and strong decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment to obtain airport-issued badge
  • Must show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Ensure adherence to company standards and local regulations
  • Oversee daily operations including staff management, food quality, customer service, restaurant maintenance, and inventory control
  • Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams providing leadership and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure consistent performance and exceptional customer service
  • Enforce company policies and procedures with management and team members
  • Identify and resolve operational issues working with upper management to implement effective solutions
  • Handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, and ad hoc projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth restaurant operations
