Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans to achieve growth and guest satisfaction
- Plan schedules and analyze staffing needs in collaboration with the General Manager
- Ensure proper preparation and service of menu items according to brand standards
- Maintain inventory levels for food and nonfood items using company guidelines
- Direct operational execution of service to ensure guest satisfaction in a clean environment
- Uphold compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Manage controllable expenses including labor, food costs, and repairs with financial report interpretation
- Implement local restaurant marketing programs with support from District Manager
- Foster positive work environment with open communication and employee relations management
- Resolve conflicts constructively and manage disciplinary processes
