Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans to achieve growth and guest satisfaction
  • Plan schedules and analyze staffing needs in collaboration with the General Manager
  • Ensure proper preparation and service of menu items according to brand standards
  • Maintain inventory levels for food and nonfood items using company guidelines
  • Direct operational execution of service to ensure guest satisfaction in a clean environment
  • Uphold compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Manage controllable expenses including labor, food costs, and repairs with financial report interpretation
  • Implement local restaurant marketing programs with support from District Manager
  • Foster positive work environment with open communication and employee relations management
  • Resolve conflicts constructively and manage disciplinary processes
