Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
- Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills

- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
- Plan schedules, analyze staffing needs, and ensure employee training and development
- Ensure all menu items meet Brand Standards and maintain high quality in food preparation and service
- Manage proper inventory levels for food and non-food items, following company guidelines and ordering procedures
- Oversee operational execution to maintain guest satisfaction in a clean and pleasant environment
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle employee relations, communicate issues to District Manager and Human Resources, and administer disciplinary processes
