Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Minimum three years food and beverage management experience including at least two years managing multiple outlets or Quick Service Restaurants
- Minimum three years supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must obtain and maintain New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License
- Must complete New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire
- Successful completion of background investigation
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment and random drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED or equivalent
- Three years food and beverage management experience with at least two years overseeing multiple outlets or Quick Service Restaurants
- Three years food and beverage supervisory experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Preferred degree in Hotel Restaurant or related Management field
- Must obtain and maintain New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License
- Must successfully complete New Mexico Food Handlers course
- Ability to pass stringent background investigation
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of four Quick Service Restaurant outlets ensuring adherence to company standards in food quality safety sanitation and guest service
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize service and streamline efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of all QSR locations to ensure cleanliness organization and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with facility and maintenance team to address equipment repairs and improvements promptly
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting forecasting and analyzing profit and loss statements
- Manage costs related to labor inventory and supplies while maintaining quality standards
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and optimize efficiencies
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotions and events
- Recruit hire train and manage assistant managers supervisors and hourly staff
- Provide ongoing training ensuring adherence to policies food safety and customer service
- Foster positive inclusive workplace culture encouraging teamwork and professional growth
- Conduct performance evaluations coaching and corrective actions
- Oversee inventory management including ordering receiving and controlling food beverage and supplies
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize waste and reduce costs
- Ensure team members are cross-trained to meet business needs
- Visit guests daily to ensure service and food quality meet expectations
- Assure all employees provide friendly courteous and timely service
- Select orient train and evaluate service employees
- Address guest and employee complaints resolving problems timely
- Maintain effective communication with service and kitchen staff
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to communicate property information
- Develop new menu items with Executive Chef and promote with Marketing
- Ensure all food products meet established specifications and quality standards
- Ensure kitchen and personnel comply with health and safety regulations
- Control walk-in boxes and food product storage
- Ensure proper rotation and temperature procedures
- Maintain restaurant safety cleanliness sanitation and maintenance
- Ensure staff follow safety and sanitation policies
- Maintain compliance with all local state tribal regulations
- Conduct safety and training sessions to promote a safe work environment
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Create environment of teamwork through communication mentoring support and recognition
- Nurture positive team environment and collaborative culture
