Job Duties
- Daily management of one shift
- no close or open shifts for managers
- work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- conduct one full inventory for each period
- maintain transparency on financial performance for performance-based compensation
- implement and utilize technology solutions to enhance job efficiency
- support, communicate, and collaborate with team without intruding on personal time
- seek out and hire exceptional team members
- ensure equity and equality for all
