Job Duties

  • Daily management of one shift
  • no close or open shifts for managers
  • work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • conduct one full inventory for each period
  • maintain transparency on financial performance for performance-based compensation
  • implement and utilize technology solutions to enhance job efficiency
  • support, communicate, and collaborate with team without intruding on personal time
  • seek out and hire exceptional team members
