Job Requirements
- Availability to work day shifts only
- Willingness to work on holidays and weekends
- Eligibility for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps when staffing permits
- Ability to manage a single shift effectively
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team leadership
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
- Work effectively in partnerships
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude
Job Duties
- Daily management of 1 shift
- No close / open shifts for managers
- Work alongside FOH and BOH staff
- Conduct one full inventory for each period
- Maintain full transparency on financial performance for bonus eligibility
- Utilize fully implemented technology solutions to assist operational duties
- Support and communicate effectively without intruding on personal time
- Seek out and hire exceptional team members
- Ensure equity and equality among staff
- Present and develop growth opportunities for team members
- Provide an ideal guest experience from start to finish
