Job Requirements

  • Availability to work day shifts only
  • Willingness to work on holidays and weekends
  • Eligibility for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps when staffing permits
  • Ability to manage a single shift effectively
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
  • Work effectively in partnerships
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Job Duties

  • Daily management of 1 shift
  • No close / open shifts for managers
  • Work alongside FOH and BOH staff
  • Conduct one full inventory for each period
  • Maintain full transparency on financial performance for bonus eligibility
  • Utilize fully implemented technology solutions to assist operational duties
  • Support and communicate effectively without intruding on personal time
  • Seek out and hire exceptional team members
  • Ensure equity and equality among staff
  • Present and develop growth opportunities for team members
  • Provide an ideal guest experience from start to finish
