  • Ability to work day shifts only
  • Availability to work on holidays and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full shift independently
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Daily management of 1 shift
  • No need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
  • No close/open shifts for our managers
  • Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff
  • Conduct one full inventory for each period
  • Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation
  • Consistently seek out and hire exceptional team members
  • Ensure equity and equality for all
  • Present and develop growth opportunities for your team members
  • Provide the ideal Turning Point experience for our guests from start to finish
