Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior restaurant management experience preferred
  • Availability to work daytime shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to conduct inventory and manage daily operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a structured training program

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
  • Work effectively in partnerships
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Job Duties

  • Daily management of one shift
  • No close or open shifts for managers
  • Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff
  • Conduct one full inventory for each period
  • Provide full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for performance-based compensation
  • Utilize fully implemented technology solutions to assist in management duties
  • Support and communicate in a timely and helpful manner without intruding on personal time
  • Seek out and hire exceptional team members
  • Ensure equity and equality for all
  • Present and develop growth opportunities for team members
  • Provide the ideal Turning Point experience for guests from start to finish
