Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior restaurant management experience preferred
- Availability to work daytime shifts including holidays and weekends
- Ability to conduct inventory and manage daily operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow within a structured training program

- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
- Work effectively in partnerships
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude
Job Duties
- Daily management of one shift
- No close or open shifts for managers
- Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff
- Conduct one full inventory for each period
- Provide full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for performance-based compensation
- Utilize fully implemented technology solutions to assist in management duties
- Support and communicate in a timely and helpful manner without intruding on personal time
- Seek out and hire exceptional team members
- Ensure equity and equality for all
- Present and develop growth opportunities for team members
- Provide the ideal Turning Point experience for guests from start to finish
