Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior managerial or relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work day shifts only
- Available to work holidays and weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage inventory and financial tasks

Job Duties
- Manage daily one shift operations
- Lead and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Conduct full inventory each period
- Monitor and transparently report financial performance
- Utilize technology solutions to improve operations
- Support and communicate effectively without intruding on personal time
- Ensure equity, equality and development opportunities for team members
- Provide exceptional guest experience
