Job Requirements
- Education or relevant restaurant management experience
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work day shifts only
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
- Work effectively in partnerships
- Professional verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Daily management of one shift
- No need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
- No close/open shifts for managers
- Work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Conduct one full inventory for each period
- Maintain full transparency on financial performance for performance-based compensation
- Seek out and hire exceptional team members
- Ensure equity and equality for all team members
- Present and develop growth opportunities for your team members
- Provide the ideal Turning Point guest experience from start to finish
