Job Requirements
- Availability to work day shifts only
- Availability to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to occasionally swap shifts with approved scheduling
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
- Work effectively in partnerships
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude
Job Duties
- Daily management of 1 shift
- No need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
- No close/open shifts for managers
- Work alongside FOH and BOH staff
- Conduct one full inventory for each period
- Maintain transparency on financial performance for performance-based compensation
- Hire exceptional team members
- Ensure equity and equality among employees
- Develop growth opportunities for team members
- Provide exceptional guest experience from start to finish
