Job Requirements

  • Availability to work day shifts only
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends
  • Ability to occasionally swap shifts with approved scheduling
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
  • Work effectively in partnerships
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Job Duties

  • Daily management of 1 shift
  • No need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
  • No close/open shifts for managers
  • Work alongside FOH and BOH staff
  • Conduct one full inventory for each period
  • Maintain transparency on financial performance for performance-based compensation
  • Hire exceptional team members
  • Ensure equity and equality among employees
  • Develop growth opportunities for team members
  • Provide exceptional guest experience from start to finish
