Job Requirements
- Ability to work day shifts only
- availability to work on holidays and weekends
- willing to occasionally swap shifts for weekends off when staffing permits
- commitment to leadership and guest satisfaction
- strong interpersonal skills
- capability to manage operations independently
- willing to relocate within operating states
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
- work effectively in partnerships
- professional verbal and written communication skills
- enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude
Job Duties
- Daily management of one shift
- no close or open shifts for managers
- work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- conduct one full inventory for each period
- maintain full transparency on financial performance for performance-based compensation
- utilize technology solutions to improve job efficiency
- support and communicate timely without intruding on personal time
- seek and hire exceptional team members
- ensure equity and equality for all
- develop growth opportunities for team members
- provide excellent guest experiences from start to finish
