Job Requirements

  • Ability to work day shifts only
  • availability to work on holidays and weekends
  • willing to occasionally swap shifts for weekends off when staffing permits
  • commitment to leadership and guest satisfaction
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • capability to manage operations independently
  • willing to relocate within operating states

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
  • work effectively in partnerships
  • professional verbal and written communication skills
  • enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Job Duties

  • Daily management of one shift
  • no close or open shifts for managers
  • work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • conduct one full inventory for each period
  • maintain full transparency on financial performance for performance-based compensation
  • utilize technology solutions to improve job efficiency
  • support and communicate timely without intruding on personal time
  • seek and hire exceptional team members
  • ensure equity and equality for all
  • develop growth opportunities for team members
  • provide excellent guest experiences from start to finish
