Job Requirements
- Available to work day shifts only
- available to work holidays and weekends
- able to negotiate occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps when staffing permits
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
- work effectively in partnerships
- professional verbal and written communication skills
- enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude
Job Duties
- Daily management of one shift
- no need to ask staff to work double shifts when closing at 3 PM
- no closing or opening shifts for managers
- work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- conduct one full inventory for each period
- maintain full transparency on financial performance related to compensation
- use fully implemented technology solutions to support job functions
- foster timely and helpful communication without intruding on personal time
- seek out and hire exceptional team members
- ensure equity and equality for all employees
- develop growth opportunities for team members
- provide exceptional guest experience from start to finish
