Job Requirements
- Education level not specified
- Ability to work day shifts only
- Available to work on holidays and weekends
- Ability to work occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps when staffing permits
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
- Work effectively in partnerships
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude
Job Duties
- Daily management of 1 shift
- No need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
- No close/open shifts for managers
- Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff
- Conduct one full inventory for each period
- Maintain full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for performance-based compensation
- Seek out and hire exceptional team members
- Ensure equity and equality for all
- Present and develop growth opportunities for team members
- Provide the ideal Turning Point experience for guests from start to finish
