Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Availability to work daytime shifts only
- Ability to work holidays and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to use technology solutions for restaurant management
- Willingness to relocate within operating states if needed

- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
- Work effectively in partnerships
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of one daytime shift
- Work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Conduct full inventory for each period
- Maintain transparency on restaurant financial performance
- Hire and mentor team members
- Ensure equity and equality for all employees
- Provide exceptional guest service from start to finish
