Job Duties
- daily management of 1 shift
- no close/open shifts for managers
- work alongside FOH and BOH staff
- conduct one full inventory for each period
- full transparency on financial performance for compensation
- utilize fully implemented technology solutions
- support and communication without intruding personal time
- seek out and hire exceptional team members
- ensure equity and equality for all
- present and develop growth opportunities for team members
- provide ideal guest experience from start to finish
