Job Duties

  • daily management of 1 shift
  • no close/open shifts for managers
  • work alongside FOH and BOH staff
  • conduct one full inventory for each period
  • full transparency on financial performance for compensation
  • utilize fully implemented technology solutions
  • support and communication without intruding personal time
  • seek out and hire exceptional team members
  • ensure equity and equality for all
  • present and develop growth opportunities for team members
  • provide ideal guest experience from start to finish
