Job Requirements

  • Day shifts only
  • Available to work on holidays and weekends
  • Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps when staffing permits

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
  • Work effectively in partnerships
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Job Duties

  • Daily management of 1 shift
  • No need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
  • No close/open shifts for our managers
  • Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff
  • Conduct one full inventory for each period
  • Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation
  • Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job
  • Support and communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time
