Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior restaurant or management experience preferred
  • ability to work day shifts only
  • availability to work holidays and weekends
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to building a positive and respectful work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team
  • professional verbal and written communication skills
  • work effectively in partnerships
  • enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of one daytime shift
  • work directly with front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • conduct a full inventory for each period
  • maintain transparency on restaurant financial performance
  • implement and utilize technology solutions to streamline restaurant operations
  • support and communicate effectively with team members and management
  • recruit, develop, and lead exceptional team members while ensuring equity and inclusivity
  • provide exceptional guest experiences consistent with The Turning Point’s standards
