Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant or management experience preferred
- ability to work day shifts only
- availability to work holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of one daytime shift
- work directly with front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- conduct a full inventory for each period
- maintain transparency on restaurant financial performance
- implement and utilize technology solutions to streamline restaurant operations
- support and communicate effectively with team members and management
- recruit, develop, and lead exceptional team members while ensuring equity and inclusivity
- provide exceptional guest experiences consistent with The Turning Point’s standards
