Job Requirements

  • No formal education requirements
  • Previous experience managing a restaurant or quick service operation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of work time
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Ensures cleanliness of the property including restrooms, floors, coolers, kitchen, front counter, back-office, dining area, fountain area, sidewalk entrance
  • Conducts oneself as a role model within established store decorum guidelines
  • Observes food quality, service, cleanliness, food presentation levels throughout the day and provides coaching, direction, assistance as needed
  • Ensures all employees uphold strict food safety standards
  • Navigates customer complaints with grace and escalates as necessary to the District Manager, QSR
  • Properly rotates and stores perishable products to maintain freshness and minimize spoilage
  • Trains new employees on company policies including the Open Door Policy
  • Submits maintenance requests promptly
  • Coaches and develops sales associates and assistant manager
  • Conducts performance reviews and recommends merit increases
  • Assists with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Staffs store to operate efficiently within budgeted hours
  • Controls inventory to maintain shortage performance less than 1.0% of merchandise sales
  • Completes daily close out paperwork and end-of-day accounting by 8:00am
  • Conducts weekly cash audits
  • Enforces Vendor Check In policy and verifies merchandise received
  • Executes up-to-date menus and promotional marketing
  • Monitors and minimizes perishable food waste
