Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work well under stressful situations
- detail oriented
- ability to listen, understand, clarify, and resolve issues
- basic understanding of financial information, data, and mathematics
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred
- ability to maintain professional appearance
Job Duties
- Interview and hire new employees according to company standards
- complete on-site training for new hires
- maintain a compliant, safe, secure, and healthy environment
- enforce sanitation standards and local liquor laws
- manage inventory and order food, equipment, and supplies
- submit service requests as needed
- review menu changes and modifications with staff
- maintain neat appearance and wear uniform with name tag
- monitor quality of service by visiting tables
- respond promptly to guest complaints
- conduct staff performance reviews
- attend all required meetings
- complete tip reporting
- perform other duties as assigned by management
- participate in additional training as required
