Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
  • must pass background check
  • must pass drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work well under stressful situations
  • detail oriented
  • ability to listen, understand, clarify, and resolve issues
  • basic understanding of financial information, data, and mathematics
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred
  • ability to maintain professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Interview and hire new employees according to company standards
  • complete on-site training for new hires
  • maintain a compliant, safe, secure, and healthy environment
  • enforce sanitation standards and local liquor laws
  • manage inventory and order food, equipment, and supplies
  • submit service requests as needed
  • review menu changes and modifications with staff
  • maintain neat appearance and wear uniform with name tag
  • monitor quality of service by visiting tables
  • respond promptly to guest complaints
  • conduct staff performance reviews
  • attend all required meetings
  • complete tip reporting
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
  • participate in additional training as required
