Job Duties
- Guests can relax and enjoy their meal in a comfortable atmosphere
- Drive sales by overseeing the steps of service and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards and ensure the safety of guests at all times
- Enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible service guidelines
- Oversee and practice safe food-handling procedures in alignment with regulatory standards
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house team members to nurture a culture of excellence and teamwork
