Job Duties

  • Drive sales by overseeing the steps of service and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction

  • Enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible service guidelines
  • Oversee and practice safe food-handling procedures in alignment with regulatory standards
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house team members to nurture a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of restaurant operations
