Job Requirements
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
- Guest focus - anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- Passion for results - set compelling targets and deliver on commitments
- Problem solving and decision making - make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment
- Building effective teams - get the right people in the right places, enabling them to make decisions and celebrate success as a team
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Job Qualifications
- Experience in the food service industry
- Food safety knowledge and Serve Safe Certification
- Ability to fluently speak and read English

- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- Strong guest focus with ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to build and lead effective teams

Job Duties
- Administer and oversee recruitment and development of team members
- Ensure implementation of operational standards for quality service and cleanliness
- Manage store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Maintain a full understanding and accountability of the store's profit and loss statement
- Lead and motivate the store team, providing coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Oversee scheduling, purchasing, sales initiatives, training, and facility maintenance
- Ensure product preparation and service quality meet company standards
