Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- strong organizational skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

- assist general manager or assistant general manager with planning and organizing
- coordinate and delegate responsibilities to hourly employees
- oversee proficiency in POS systems
