- prior management experience preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- strong leadership capabilities
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills

- knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- proficiency with restaurant operational software systems

Job Duties
- Ensure a great guest experience
- role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
