Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a restaurant environment preferred
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- commitment to teamwork and positive work culture
- basic computer skills for utilizing restaurant systems
