- Delivering timely, friendly service and upholding Applebee's standards
- managing inventory, scheduling, and cost controls
- recruiting, training, and developing team members
- maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly
- supporting operational excellence from line checks to accurate paperwork
- jumping in wherever needed - cooking, bartending, or greeting guests
