Job Requirements

Must be professional, confident and kind
Must have bartending experience and knowledge
Experience working front of the house in fast-paced restaurants appreciated
Should be excited about learning, teaching and stepping out of comfort zones

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high levels of service excellence
Build strong connections with guests at the bar and dining floor
Lead and develop the front-of-house team through training and mentorship
Oversee bar service including maintaining an outstanding oyster and drink menu
Monitor inventory and quality control for food and beverages
Implement and uphold safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with management to achieve restaurant performance goals
