  • Must have bartending experience and knowledge

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high levels of service excellence
  • Build strong connections with guests at the bar and dining floor
  • Lead and develop the front-of-house team through training and mentorship
  • Oversee bar service including maintaining an outstanding oyster and drink menu
  • Monitor inventory and quality control for food and beverages
  • Implement and uphold safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with management to achieve restaurant performance goals
