Job Duties
- Drive guest satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency within the restaurant
- Oversee daily operations to maximize profitability and schedule staff effectively
- Conduct regular quality control line checks to ensure food and beverage meet high standards
- Manage profit and loss to contribute to the financial success of the restaurant
- Utilize the Aloha POS system proficiently for operational excellence
