Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of professionals to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Support unit success by keeping customers happy, complying with company procedures, and maintaining high productivity while controlling costs
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations including possessing a food handler's card where required
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to foster a positive work environment
- Monitor financial metrics and assist in budget management to optimize profitability
- Resolve customer issues promptly to uphold the Nordstrom standard of service
