Job Duties

Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit
Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
Support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction and complying with company procedures
Monitor productivity levels and control costs effectively
Communicate clearly through written and verbal channels
Adapt to a flexible work schedule
Uphold health and safety standards including possessing a valid food handler’s card where required
