Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit
  • Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction and complying with company procedures
  • Monitor productivity levels and control costs effectively
  • Communicate clearly through written and verbal channels
  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule
  • Uphold health and safety standards including possessing a valid food handler’s card where required
