Job Duties
- lead by example in a fast-paced, service-driven restaurant
- partner with the general manager and leadership team to execute daily operations
- train, support, and motivate the FOH team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality
- maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace for staff and guests
- foster strong working relationships across FOH and BOH teams
- assist in bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost controls with help from bar manager
