Job Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Experience with bar programs, inventory management, and ordering systems
- A genuine love of hospitality and guest service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, service-driven restaurant
- Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to execute daily operations
- Train, support, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace for staff and guests
- Foster strong working relationships across front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Assist in bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost controls with help from Bar Manager
