Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Experience with bar programs, inventory management, and ordering systems
  • A genuine love of hospitality and guest service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Experience with bar programs, inventory management, and ordering systems

Job Duties

  • Lead by example in a fast-paced, service-driven restaurant
  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to execute daily operations
  • Train, support, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace for staff and guests
  • Foster strong working relationships across front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Assist in bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost controls with help from Bar Manager
