Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years high volume restaurant supervision or management experience
- Ability to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Ability to obtain a Food Safety Certification
- Professional appearance in dress and manner
- Adherence to grooming standards including no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
- Good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge in use of POS systems
- Computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of Toucan Charlie's Buffet and Grille
- Oversee supervisors, hosts, cashiers, bussers, dessert attendants, and food servers
- Conduct staff selection and interview processes
- Assist with training of new team members
- Provide supervision, support, and direction to all Buffet Team Members
- Resolve team member issues and promote positive team building
- Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing complaints
- Operate the restaurant in alignment with resort mission
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards
- Understand and utilize financial reports to improve operations
- Maintain proper staffing levels and prepare work schedules
- Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Monitor cleanliness and safety compliance
- Greet guests and communicate courteously
- Liaise with food shift supervisors and team members
- Proficiently operate POS and office computer systems
- Facilitate repairs and maintenance
- Manage documentation via email
- Control costs through effective scheduling and waste management
- Increase revenue by training and financial report use
- Implement new ideas and improve operational methods
- Perform other duties as assigned
