Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- four-year degree preferred

- ability to establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with managers, hourly team members, and guests
Job Duties
- Ensures each guest receives perfect food, exceptional beverages, and tailored service
- hires team members who have the energy, passion and ability to deliver personalized, memorable experiences to guests
- ensures the back of house controls and standards are adhered to at all times
- ensures the restaurant is spotlessly clean, safe & sanitary at all times
- interacts with all guests throughout each shift
- ensures the restaurant is set up accurately for every shift, and broken down accurately after every shift
- organizes, directs, validates, and follows up on training programs involving servers, hosts, and bussers
- conducts pre-shift meetings with both FOH and BOH team members on every shift
- conducts thorough and accurate line checks, correcting issues as they arise
- assists with placing orders
- plays a key role in ensuring budgets are exceeded
- follows correct processes and procedures for cash handling, processing checkouts, and safe drops
- performs a variety of administrative duties
