Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • four-year degree preferred

  • Excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment
  • ability to establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with managers, hourly team members, and guests

Job Duties

  • Ensures each guest receives perfect food, exceptional beverages, and tailored service
  • hires team members who have the energy, passion and ability to deliver personalized, memorable experiences to guests
  • ensures the back of house controls and standards are adhered to at all times
  • ensures the restaurant is spotlessly clean, safe & sanitary at all times
  • interacts with all guests throughout each shift
  • ensures the restaurant is set up accurately for every shift, and broken down accurately after every shift
  • organizes, directs, validates, and follows up on training programs involving servers, hosts, and bussers
  • conducts pre-shift meetings with both FOH and BOH team members on every shift
  • conducts thorough and accurate line checks, correcting issues as they arise
  • assists with placing orders
  • plays a key role in ensuring budgets are exceeded
  • follows correct processes and procedures for cash handling, processing checkouts, and safe drops
  • performs a variety of administrative duties
