Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years supervisory experience in an upscale restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel or country club
  • flexible schedule
  • superior communication skills, written and verbal
  • hospitality degree or management degree or relevant experience
  • JONAS knowledge, preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 3-4 years supervisory or management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant within a country club or luxury hotel
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • proficiency in computer skills
  • knowledge of JONAS preferred
  • hospitality or management degree or relevant experience

Job Duties

  • Exceed all member and guest expectations
  • assure the highest standards of service, dining room appearance, and cleanliness
  • provide supervision and training to staff
  • develop and implement programs to increase restaurant sales
  • implement controls to meet budgeted food, labor, supplies, and other costs
  • maintain hospitality and service quality
  • manage scheduling and operational efficiency
