Job Requirements
- 3-4 years supervisory experience in an upscale restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel or country club
- flexible schedule
- superior communication skills, written and verbal
- hospitality degree or management degree or relevant experience
- JONAS knowledge, preferred

Job Duties
- Exceed all member and guest expectations
- assure the highest standards of service, dining room appearance, and cleanliness
- provide supervision and training to staff
- develop and implement programs to increase restaurant sales
- implement controls to meet budgeted food, labor, supplies, and other costs
- maintain hospitality and service quality
- manage scheduling and operational efficiency
