Job Requirements
- Current food management certification required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to transfer to different geographical locations
- Flexibility with scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and write English
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl
- Coordination for operating kitchen tools and equipment
- Adherence to company dress and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Must have current food management certification
- Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality
- Must have flexibility for scheduling
- Must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be adept at ordering and formulating pars
- Must have basic math skills including counting currency and using a calculator
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must understand and facilitate proper health code standards
- Must adhere to hiring policies and conduct interviews
- Must issue written evaluations for performance
- Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell
- Must be able to read and write English
- Requires ability to stand and move about for up to 4 hours at a time and work 50 to 55 hours per week
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl
- Must have coordination to operate kitchen equipment
- Must adhere to dress and grooming policies
Job Duties
- Communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management throughout the course of the day
- Read and write notes in the manager’s daily log in English
- Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings
- Read the weekly memo
- Complete weekly and monthly employee evaluations
- Communicate with all managers on duty when the shift is completed
- Relate an accurate, honest report of all events both positive and negative
- Comply with all policies, rules and directions covered in manuals, memos, and meetings
- Attend the quarterly supervisor meetings
