Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant supervisory or managerial role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- dependable and punctual
- physical ability to stand and move for long periods
- valid food handler’s certification preferred

Job Duties
- Operate a high-volume restaurant with a focus on guest experience quality
- assist with the full lifecycle of hourly team members including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and providing feedback
- provide hands-on coaching and development for front-of-house team members to enhance menu knowledge and service
- lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings
- engage tableside with guests to receive feedback and address concerns
- manage financial responsibilities such as inventory control, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, and cash and credit reconciliation
