Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant supervisory or managerial role
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • dependable and punctual
  • physical ability to stand and move for long periods
  • valid food handler’s certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Operate a high-volume restaurant with a focus on guest experience quality
  • assist with the full lifecycle of hourly team members including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and providing feedback
  • provide hands-on coaching and development for front-of-house team members to enhance menu knowledge and service
  • lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings
  • engage tableside with guests to receive feedback and address concerns
  • manage financial responsibilities such as inventory control, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, and cash and credit reconciliation
