Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of management experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant
  • Valid food handler’s card where required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of full-service, upscale restaurant management experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
  • Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Manage productivity and control operational costs effectively
  • Support the growth and success of the unit by fostering a positive work environment
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Implement company procedures consistently across the unit
