Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of management experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant
- Valid food handler’s card where required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of full-service, upscale restaurant management experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry
- Possession of a valid food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage productivity and control operational costs effectively
- Support the growth and success of the unit by fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Implement company procedures consistently across the unit
