Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit
  • Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support unit success by maintaining high customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing productivity and cost management
  • Oversee daily operations of the full-service, upscale restaurant unit
  • Communicate effectively with staff and leadership to promote teamwork and operational excellence
  • Monitor and manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance
  • Implement health and safety regulations including food handling standards
