Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience required
- management experience preferred
- successful completion of corporate training program required
- Title 4 Manager Certification
- valid Food Handlers Certification
- Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- strong business acumen
- outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- proficiency with Aloha POS
- familiarity with Hot Schedule
- skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with Paylocity
- knowledge of Restaurant 365
- familiarity with Plate IQ
- ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- ability to work prolonged periods sitting and standing
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Hire and train restaurant staff
- organize and oversee staff schedules
- conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
- handle discipline and termination of employees according to policy
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- set performance goals and support employees
- conduct regular staff meetings
- oversee daily operations for seamless service
- monitor inventory levels
- control costs

- maintain visible presence in the restaurant

- ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
