Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks typical of restaurant environments
  • Commitment to following food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes
  • Prepare food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to customer volume
  • Maintain appropriate portion control and consistently monitor food levels on the line
  • Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food
  • Provide friendly, quality customer service to each customer
  • Consistently and accurately use prep sheets, cleanliness list, and station checklists
  • Follow sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
  • Clean equipment thoroughly and in a timely fashion as assigned
