Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks typical of restaurant environments
- Commitment to following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team

- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees

- Follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes
- Prepare food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to customer volume
- Maintain appropriate portion control and consistently monitor food levels on the line
- Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food
- Provide friendly, quality customer service to each customer
- Consistently and accurately use prep sheets, cleanliness list, and station checklists
- Follow sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
- Clean equipment thoroughly and in a timely fashion as assigned
