Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience
- management experience preferred
- successful completion of corporate training program
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar management
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- strong business acumen and financial management skills
- outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Title 4 Manager Certification
- valid Food Handlers Certification
- Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Hire and train restaurant staff
- organize and oversee staff schedules
- conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
- handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with restaurant policy
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- set performance goals and provide employee guidance
- conduct regular staff meetings
- oversee daily operations ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction
- monitor inventory levels and control costs
- implement and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- continuously improve operational processes
- ensure a welcoming dining experience and promptly address guest concerns
- engage with customers and gather feedback
- develop and manage budgets with the Regional Manager
- monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
- implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- conduct menu tastings
- monitor food and beverage quality and portion control
- resolve customer complaints diplomatically
- ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- manage inventory and purchases
- conduct daily restaurant and equipment inspections
- evaluate restaurant equipment for maintenance
- collaborate with chefs on menu development
- maintain sales records and cash receipts
- prepare and submit operations reports
- perform other duties as assigned
